Case Study
The Rogers Group
Chartered Accountants | Tenant Advisory
Problem
The Rogers Group had an upcoming lease expiry and wanted to renew, however the existing Landlord was unengaging.
Solution
BJP were engaged which in turn provided leverage to negotiate terms that were acceptable to the Client.
Outcome
BJP successfully negotiated & secured favourable lease terms to renew.
This equated to an overall Tenant Occupancy Cost saving of $65,000 over the total lease term.
On average saving $6.50 for every $1 spent on BJP service.
“We wanted to stay where we were at the end of our lease, but the terms presented to us seemed unreasonable. BJP provided the leverage required to negotiate a reduction in rent and a substantial increase in incentive. Brodie generated significant savings for our business and we couldn’t be happier with his level of service. “
