Canteen (the Australian organisation for young people living with cancer) are a not-for-profit organisation assisting young people 12-25 years of age living with or affected by Cancer.

Canteen have always made it a priority to reduce their costs enabling them to maximise the available resources to assist children and young people in need.

Solution

Canteen has been utilising the services of BJP since 2014 to ensure that their real estate costs are managed as efficiently as possible by helping negotiate to renew and relocate Canteen’s divisions across Australia.

Outcome

Over the last 12 months BJP has managed lease transactions for Canteen’s divisions in ACT, SA, QLD and TAS, saving in excess of $400,000!
