Shortly after relocating to a new Sydney premises, Manitou Australia received a compulsory acquisition notice from the state Government NSW requiring them to relocate.

 

 

Solution

BJP were engaged to:

  1. Manage the compulsory acquisition process ensuring an orderly process to relocate with minimal distribution to Manitou business operation. Negotiating a fair settlement with the State Government for this distribution.
  1. Search & procure new premises to relocate to as per the agreed time frame with the NSW State Government.

Outcome

BJP successfully managed the compulsory acquisition process, and settlement in addition to searching, negotiating & securing a suitable alternate premise on favourable lease terms.

Across a total area of 4,983 square metres, our Client achieved an overall Occupancy Cost saving of $548,000 or $110/m2 over total lease term.
